How to Join a Ring Central Meeting

from your Web Browser

Click on the Download or Print buttons to the right to share these instructions with people outside the MSPCA.

1. Open Ring Central Meeting invitation.
2. Click on Ring Central Meetings link

3. Select “join from your browser.”

4. You will be prompted to enter your name to join meeting.

5. Then click “Join.”

If meeting has not started, you will see message below:

Once the Host starts meeting, you will be prompted to join by computer audio.

6. You will be prompted to join by phone call (Figure 1) or Computer Audio (Figure 2)

7. If you choose Phone Call (dial provided numbers to listen to web presentation)

8. If you choose Join Audio by Computer, click on blue button.

9. Scheduled meeting will start.

10. Lower left of meeting window will mute / unmute microphone (if that option is available).

11. Next to microphone, you will be able to enable / disable video (if that option is available).

12.  To leave meeting, click on Leave Meeting on the lower right of screen.
