How to Join a Ring Central Meeting
using the RingCentral Meetings app
Click on the Download or Print buttons to the right to share these instructions with people outside the MSPCA.
- Open the Ring Central Meeting invitation.
- Click on Ring Central Meetings link.
3. Select “download & run RingCentral Meetings.”
4. Download and save RingCentral Meetings installer
5. Open saved file
6. Meeting installation progress…
7. You will be prompted to join the meeting with either Phone or Computer Audio.
8. You have the option to Test speaker and microphone:
9. Select YES if you hear ringtone from your speakers.
10. If computer audio test is successful, click on “Join with Computer Audio.”
11. If computer audio fails, go back to “Choose one of the audio conference options”, then select phone.
12. You will be provided with a list of phone numbers to join meeting audio.
