If you are used to using GoToMeeting for video collaboration, you'll know that we used to share a single login for the entire organization to use. With the transition to RingCentral, however, each user in the system is able to use RingCentral Meetings without the need to share logins.

INSTALL RINGCENTRAL MEETINGS

1. Click the Start button on your machine. Begin typing "Software Center" and you will see it come up as a suggestion. Click to open it.

2. You are brought to the Applications tab, where you will find RingCentral Meetings. Click it once. Then click Install. (We encourage you to install it this way, as it won't require IT intervention / administrative approval.)

OPEN RINGCENTRAL MEETINGS

1. Find the application on your desktop or the Start Menu, open it, and sign in with your MSPCA credentials.

2. Schedule, start, or join and existing meeting right from the main screen.
